"ID cards" for two Roma NGOs
We present you one of 3 projects which were supported through sub-granting scheme in 2019. – Project “Building of capacities of Roma civil society” which was implemented in partnership by 2 young Roma NGOs from Bijelo Polje – “Roma from North” and “Romani Movement”.
Info session in Elementary School “Savo Pejanović“ in Podgorica
On December 19, 2019, representatives of the Young Roma NGO held an info session at the Savo Pejanovic Elementary School. The aim of the info session was to inform and motivate the eighth and ninth grade students of the mentioned school to continue their education and enroll in high school.
Visit to Madrasah „Mehmed Fatih“ in Podgorica
On December 13th 2019, the representatives of NGO Young Roma visited the high school Madrasah "Mehmed Fatih" in Podgorica.
Besides the members of NGO Young Roma, the meeting was attended by students from the Roma population from this school (four in total) as well as a professor who serves as a mentor for these students.
