Centre for the Preservation and Development of Culture of Minorities of Montenegro organized yesterday a book promotion of authors Ruždija Ruso Sejdović and Jovan Nikolić "Kosovo Carousel" at the National library "Radoslav Ljumović" in Podgorica. This war tragicomedy depicts the true story of the fate of a Roma family during the war in Kosovo in 1999.

International Roma Day is celebrated around the world today, in honor of the first Congress of Roma held from 8 - 12 April 1971 in London. At that day, Congress adopted the decision on the Roma flag and official anthems. Opinions are divided whether there are reasons to celebrate Roma Day this year, says Samir Jaha, the founder of the NGO "Young Roma" for Radio Jadran. Link to article here.
