Klaus Mock, coordinator of the Help Office in Montenegro, and Milivoje Čalov, civil engineer, visited the village Drenovik whereat 6 houses for 8 Romani families from the village Sistet in Herceg Novi are being built. The visit was made with the aim of checking the quality and intensity of works.

On Thursday and Friday, 29 and 30 October, Young Roma team attended a workshop for children from the Roma community in Herceg Novi, which are held 5 times a week in order to provide support to children in learning, improving skills and increasing the number of Roma children who successfully complete the school year.

On Thursday and Friday, October 29 and 30, Young Roma activists visited Roma settlements in Kotor (Prvoborac and Lovanja 2) and Herceg Novi (Sistet), with the aim to analyse the situation on the field and to check the conditions in which members of the Roma and Egyptian communities live.

Representatives of the NGO Young Roma, Samir Jaha, Dženita Brčvak and Ibrahim Tatari held a meeting with Tijana Čađenović, Secretary of the Secretariat for Culture, Sport and Social Affairs and Romeo Mihovic, advisor for Roma issues in the Municipality of Kotor. The meeting was also attended by Mustafa Sadrijaj, a representative of the local Roma community.
