Meeting with representatives of non-governmental organizations Đakomo Adriatic from Bijelo Polje

NGO Young Roma team, on 03.12.2016. visited NGO Đakomo Adriatic in Bijelo Polje, where they held a consultative meeting with representatives of organizations Azra Hrapović and Rafet Mulić.

NGO Đakomo Adriatic is one of four organizations whose project ,, Local Action Plan-only plan or the action" was supported through small grants program of the NGO Young Roma. Project is referred to research of the level of implementation of the Local Action Plan for the municipality of Bijelo Polje . The visit was organized within the project ,, Joint initiative to empower Roma civil society in the Western Balkans and Turkey " which is coordinated by organization Roma Active Albania, while the NGO Young Roma is a partner organization for Montenegro.

At the meeting were discussed the activities that organization Young Roma and Đakomo Adriatic are implementing, which are related to improvement of the position of Roma and Egyptian communities in Montenegro. Organizations discussed the possibilities for further cooperation and improvement of same through joint participation in events organized both at local and at national level, and aimed at improving the quality of life of the Roma population in general.
