INITIATIVE: Constitution to guarantee the right to housing
NGOs Association for Democratic Prosperity - Wall, UNO Libertask, Young Rom and Union of Free Trade Unions (USSCG) will submit the initiative for the introduction of the right to housing in the Constitution of Montenegro. These organizations have also formed the Network for development of social housing.
Workshops for informal studying of Roma language
NGO Young Roma started with the implementation of workshops for informal learning of Roma language and culture. This project was initiated by the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights, aiming at improving the situation of the Roma community and the successful integration of this population in our society.
Concluding observations on the Initial Report of Montenegro on Social, Economic and Cultural Rights
NGO Young Roma summarised and translated part of the concluding observations of the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on how Montenegro applies the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), one of the major international human rights treaties.
