The European Roma Platform - the way forward
The ninth meeting of the European Roma Platform - The way forward took place in Brussels on 16 and 17 March 2015. Roma Platform brought together national governments, the EU, international organisations and Roma civil society representatives.
Meeting with DG NEAR
Representatives of the Decade Focal Point Network and the Secretariat of the Decade had a meeting with Ms Marta Garcia Fidalgo, coordinator for Roma issues in the Directorate General for EU Neighbourhood Policy and the Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR), with whom they discussed the future participation of civil society in the new initiative for the integration of Roma.
Meeting with senior consultant for evaluation in social development
The representative of the consulting agency Promeso Consulting, Ms Camelia Gheorghe, senior consultant for monitoring and evaluation in social development, visited the NGO Young Roma with a aim to exchange information on the implementation of the Strategy for improving the situation of Roma and Egyptians in Montenegro.
