Although active in the protection of Roma population for 10 years, many activities of the Young Roma remained unknown to wider audience in Montenegro due to undeveloped visibility and communication strategy.

In addition, donor-dependence and short-term projects have affected the program sustainability and financial insecurity of the NGO. 

Through the provided institutional support, Young Roma will seek to:

1. achieve better public outreach;
2. develop coomunication strategy;
3. strengthen the internal organisational management, also through drafting adequate internal regulations;
4. ensure financial sustainability, trhough staff capacity building on project generation and available funds;
5. build capacity of Young Roma staff for public relations, advocacy and public policies shaping.
