Working visit to Pljevlja

Representatives of NGO Young Roma, Jaha Samir and Saša Pavićević organized two visits to Roma settlement Trlica in Pljevlja. The visits were organized on 25 September and 2 October as part of the project "Step by step to citizenship", supported by the UNDP.

The goal of these activities is the mapping and the collection of necessary documents in order to contribute to resolving the legal status of the domicile Roma and internally displaced persons.

This 12-month project is being implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and the relevant local authorities, and Roma civil society organizations. It is focused on Roma and Egyptians who have unresolved legal status and who inhabit the area of ​​Pljevlja and Bijelo Polje.
