Study visit to Brussels

Executive Director of the NGO Young Roma, Mr Jaha Samir, paid a study visit to Brussels from September 28 to October 3. The study visit was organized for representatives of Roma civil society organizations from the EU, the Western Balkans and Turkey.

The study visit, organized by TACSO, provided Roma leaders with an opportunity to expand their knowledge about the EU and the accession process, to meet with the partner organizations, relevant representatives of the European Commission and visit European institutions. This event was the impetus for Roma NGOs to consider the possibility of developing joint projects.
