Field visit to Bijelo Polje
NGO Young Roma organized a field visit on 29th August 2018. to organizations from Bijelo Polje, which are members of the coalition “United support for Roma inclusion in Montenegro” – NGA Klub kulture and Đakomo Adriatic. The purpose of the visit was to exchange information about organizations’ activities concerning inclusion of Roma and Egyptians in the north of Montenegro, as well as to plan future activities within the Coalition.
Board game: How to improve transparency and accountability criteria in NGOs?
In order to establish transparency and accountability criteria in Roma and pro-Roma civil society organisations, NGO Young Roma carries out the board game “Transparency criteria”, supported by European Commission and International Visegrad Fund, in cooperation with ERGO Network. The game should serve as an interesting tool to deal with issues of transparency and accountability in organization’s work. Objectives of the game are:
- To raise awareness of transparency and accountability issues for civil society organisations;
- To develop ideas on how to become more transparent and accountable civil society organisations;
- To kick-off the reflection process on setting up internal regulations that improve transparency and accountability inside civil society organisations.
