Visit of Expert for Result Oriented Monitoring

On Wednesday, February 12th 2020, our organization was visited by an expert hired by the EU, Mr. Aleksandar Shumkovski. On that occasion, he held a meeting with the representatives of relevant institutions with which NGO Young Roma cooperates with in its daily work.

The visit concerned the results of the first year of the implementation of the project "Increasing access and participation of Roma students in secondary education and transition to labor market" which is now in its second year of implementation.

The conversation was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education, the Employment Agency of Montenegro, the Council of Europe, as well as teacher-mentors and high school students, who are beneficiaries of mentoring programs and paid internships implemented within this project.

With the help of those present, we also highlighted the recommendations for the next implementation phase.
