Third training within the project “Waste no chance - Improving the employability and labor rights of Roma waste collectors” was held at Hotel Princess, in Bar, on 16-18. November, 2017.
The training was led by lecturers from NGO "Udruženje nastavnika Preduzeća za vježbu", Šarović Novica and Lukic Biljana, who at the opening session had the opportunity to greet the participants and get acquainted with them about the lecture plan, as well as to invite the participants to the discussion with the goal of the greater exchange experiences.
The training was also attended by Vanja Milicic, in front of the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro, as well as members of the project team of NGO Mladi Romi.
At the opening session, the participants had the opportunity to get information about the basic concepts, characteristics and misconceptions that entrepreneurs carry with them.
During the training, 18 participants were given more details on the forms of organization of business entities, as well as the Terms and Elements related to the Business and Financial Plan. The content of the program was tailored to the users, and the content of the program was realized according to the principles of active, ie interactive and cooperative learning, learning from experience and self-directed learning.
The participants of the training had the opportunity to get acquainted with the significance of timely work and its advantages through the completion of the tests. Activity, market analyzing, went deeper to the given topic, and showed the ways of promotion and organizing business.

During the last day, the participants were introduced to the importance of the company's visual identity, as well as the ways of advertising the services they could provide by completing the worksheets.
During three days of training, through various analysis and demonstration of examples from practice, the participants were better acquainted with the terms of business communication and office business. Working in couples, as well as through group work, participants had the opportunity to analyze examples, share experiences and learn.
Emphasis has been placed on the exchange of experiences, needs and knowledge between leaders and participants and among the participants themselves, as well as on linking current plans with their own experience and practice.
Topics covered by lecturers in the area of financial business and entrepreneurship were following:
• The concept and the realization of business idea
• The concept and elements of the Business Plan
• Elements of the financial plan of the company
• Registration of a company
• Establishing a working relationship
• Office business
• Business communication
• Payment instruments
By completing the training, the participants upgraded the acquired knowledge and skills, in the hope that the soured information will have the opportunity to apply in the field of collection of secondary raw materials, as well as open new possibilities that will be applied to the newly formed trade union organization of secondary raw material collectors.
The project "Waste no chance! Improving the employability and labor rights of Roma collectors of secondary raw materials" is supported by EU funds through the grant scheme Human Resources Development for 2012-2013 (Implementation of projects for training and employment of people with disabilities and RE population). with the Ministry of Finance - Directorate for Financing and Contracting of EU Assistance Funds. The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare is the institution responsible for monitoring the implementation of this project, but also the entire grant scheme.
