NGO Young Roma, in period 16-17.2016 organized seminar Project management, supported financially by Norwegian embassy. Seminar was organized in order to improve capacities of NGO Young Roma for project implementation and also for creating coalitions and partnerships with civil society organizations.

 

At this training participated colleagues from Coalition Roma Circle and Free Trade Union, in order to improve their work and cooperation. Special attention at this seminar was paid to basic elements of EU projects, logical framework and reporting.

Seminar was an opportunity for participants to upgrade their knowledge and skills regarding managing EU projects, to strengthen capacities for project implementation and level of trust among partners .

Participants evaluated quality of seminar and its content, dedication to topic, importance for future work, with high scores. We have specified important activities and approach that will be used in future work, which will improve and upgrade work of organizations.
