Public call for 2 trainers on political system of Montenegro and public policies

NGO Young Roma, Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro and the Coalition Roma Circle published call for 2 trainers to conduct trainings for 20 activists from the Roma and Egyptian population onpolitical system of Montenegro and public policies.
Trainings are organized within the project "Strengthening public activism of Roma - United we reach more!" which is supported by the European Union through the EU Delegation in Montenegro.
Training should encompass the following topics:
- Political system of Montenegro: historical developments, branches of power, electoral system, political structures, party system, the recognition of identity and ideology of the political parties, comparing the identity of the political parties with the identified needs of Roma;
- Public policies related to employment, information, education, health and social protection: basic processes for shaping public policies, analysis of public policies, participants in public policy shaping, methods and techniques for public policy creation at local and national level in the area Roma integration of access to information, education, employment and social protection.
Prescribed criteria:
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant fields;
- Thorough knowledge on the political system of Montenegro;
- Thorough knowledge on public policy shaping;
- Knowledge of the situation and challenges in the area of inclusion of Roma and Egyptian communities;
- Preferable experience in working with non-governmental and international organizations for the protection of human rights;
- Preferable experience in working with vulnerable groups, particularly the RE community.
Job description:
- Developing training curriculum in collaboration with the project team;
- Conducting training;
- Evaluation of training participants;
- Submitting report on the training.
