Little orange fest in Herceg Novi

The large terrace of the Town café (Gradska kafana) in Herceg Novi was the host of the "Little orange fest" held on Sunday, 28 February. This is just one of a serie of successful events organised by the NGO "Ruke".

The festival in honor of oranges attracted 50 exhibitors and producers from Herceg Novi, Bijela, Risan, Tivat and Morinja. There were cakes, fruit salads, jams of wild and tame orange juice, liqueurs, savory delicacies, as well as handicrafts and souvenirs inspired by this fresh Mediterranean fruit.

NGO "Young Roma" presented itself with its unique jewelery Dorra Nuova. Our table was adorned with jewels in the colour of orange, and other colours of this region and season. In addition to jewelry, which was on sale, numerous festivals visitors were able to taste and enjoy sweet snacks and drinks based on orange, which were prepared especially for this occasion by the volunteers of our organization.
