Associates on the project "Production and sales of DORRA jewelry" visited association of parents and citizens who are gathered around the aim to help children and youth with disabilities through NGO "New Chance in Novi."

The aim of this visit was to Dorra project participants present their knowledge and skills in jewelry and handicrafts to target group which gathers around this NGO.

Project Coordinator, Sanja Knežević, pointed to the importance of training and empowering representatives of all vulnerable groups in order to increase their competitiveness in the labour market, and to reduce unemployment of Roma women and persons with disabilities.

Indira Rama and Mona Jašaraj, who actively participate on the said project, supported by the Employment Agency of Montenegro and HELP, demonstrated the audience how to make bracelets, earrings and necklaces.

The interest of young people with disabilities, their parents and volunteers were great, while there was working atmosphere. Every participant made at least one set of jewelry (earrings and a bracelet) of which small small exhibition was made at the end of the workshop.
