SKOPJE: Decade Focal Points meeting

Representatives of NGO Young Roma, Samir Jaha and Dženita Brčvak, participated at the 4th meeting of the network of Decade Focal Point organizations, which was held in Skopje from 19 to 21 November.

The meeting was organized with the support of NGO Mesečina from Gostivar, DFP Macedonia.

The aim of this meeting was to present the results achieved within the project Decade Focal Points, as well as to consider the modalities for the continuation of the program. Special topic of the meeting was how to increase the impact of the Decade Focal Points, in order to ensure full participation and inclusion of the Roma community in international events related to issues of Roma inclusion.

As part of this meeting, the host organized a visit to the only Roma municipality in Europe - Suto Orizari and non-governmental organization "Ambrela," which deals with the protection and promotion of the rights of Roma.
